Slack webhook formatting is off

I currently have my searcher post to a Slack channel using webhooks and the formatting has started to look a bit off. I think what is happening is it is inserting markup around the word that i'm searching for. Format shows up like " {my keyword} ". The first instance I notice of this happening is July 22.
